Alicia Catatao, Align360's Founder is an HR Executive, seasoned coach, collaborative strategist, and trusted business partner. Alicia is an HR generalist by background, but an operator at her core —someone who thrives on building infrastructure and project managing transformations from the inside out. She sets herself apart from the average HR pro with a no-BS approach and a sharp sense of humor.
Above all, Alicia is a devoted mother to her son, Luke, and her Malti-Poo, Bella. A proud Fort Lauderdale resident, she finds joy in the beach, travel, pilates, music, and cooking—embracing life with the same authenticity and passion she brings to her work.
